After an intensive year-long process involving board and staff in consultation with diverse stakeholders, the new strategic plan establishes five key priorities for the next four years:<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<div class=\"wp-block-group is-vertical is-layout-flex wp-container-core-group-is-layout-1 wp-block-group-is-layout-flex\">\r\n<p>1. Engage youth directly to increase the diversity of youth served;<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>2. Listen, learn and seek guidance on implementing relevant Calls to Action of the Truth and Reconciliation Commission and incorporating First Nations, Inuit and M\u00e9tis teachings in our work;<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>3. Implement a comprehensive strategy to recruit, train and retain volunteers;<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>4. Expand relationships with trusted intermediaries in schools and other communities;<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>5.
