Each year at OJEN\u2019s Toronto Summer Law Institute, a judge from the Court of Appeal for Ontario identifies five cases that are of significance in the educational setting. Ontario (Attorney General) v Fraser<\/em>, 2011 SCC 20, [2011] 2 SCR 3<\/h3>\n
