This summary, based on these comments and observations, is appropriate for discussion and debate in the classroom setting.<\/p>\n<h3><em>Sauv\u00e9 v Canada (Chief Electoral Officer), <\/em>[2002] 3 SCR 519, 2002 SCC 68<\/h3>\n<p>Should prisoners be allowed to vote?
