Top Five 2021
Each year at OJEN’s Toronto Summer Law Institute, a leading jurist or professor identifies five cases that are of significance in the educational setting. The 2021 cases were selected and discussed by Professor Sonia Lawrence of Osgoode Hall Law School in Toronto.
